Aubrey Nazareth is a Master Certified Leadership Coach (ACTP – from Coach for Life, Orlando), PCC (International Coach Federation) and an OD Consultant. He has a Masters in Integral Counselling Psychology under the dictum of IFCU Paris (Ph.M. – ICP), and bachelor’s in Science and Education.

Aubrey is an independent consultant and has been engaging in the field of Leadership Development and OD for the last 15 year. He was a guest faculty member for Leadership Development Programs at ISB Hyderabad and the Gyanodaya Leadership Academy for the Aditya Birla Group. In his last role as senior partner with OD Alternatives Consultancy Pvt Ltd he designed and led interventions on Transformation Leadership, Executive Coaching, Leader as Coach programs, Team Effectiveness, Culture building and Vision, Mission, Values Workshops. He likes to engage in interventions where his deep understanding of psychology and group dynamics can be utilized to build common ground and a positive culture.
