Sharpening the saw is as important as chopping a tree. This applies to any kind of work including leading an organization. In an ever-changing world the leaders need to be at the ebb of all the dynamics in their particular industry and manage self and others effectively. While most of the trainings focus on equipping the leaders with specific skills or modalities, wholeness approach of training looks at the leader as a human being who is in the process of evolving towards wholeness and thus facilitates him/her through the right kind of processes towards creating synergy within and around.
This process begins with helping the leaders to understand themselves at a deeper level and increasing their awareness. As the leaders become more and more conscious of themselves and their surroundings they are able to see the organization as a gestalt and respond to situations accordingly.
